Established in 1962 in Holmfirth, Pennine Outdoor Ltd  was the first company in the Country to specialise in selling fabrics for outdoor use to the public..

Since 2003 we have traded from High Bentham on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and Forest of Bowland to thousands of satisfied customers, both corporate and individual. We pride ourselves on our top quality customer service, great value and expert advice.

We had a change of ownership and name to Pennine Outdoor Fabrics Ltd in 2017 and after running as 'sister' companies for some time we have now, as of January 2023, merged with Temptations Craft Boutique which will incorporate Pennine Outdoor Fabrics. We still have the same website, products, premises, staff and customer service as before and look forward to continuing helping you with your outdoor fabric projects and enquiries.

Whatever your need, chances are we have a suitable fabric that will meet your requirements. We have featherweight, lightweight to heavyweight fabrics in a number of different styles such as textured nylon, acrylic canvas, polyurethane coated nylons and polyesters, breathable, water resistant fabrics for clothing, ripstop nylon, silicone coated nylon, Ventile and coated cottons.  We also have a wide range of fleece fabric, Tweed, Moleskin and Thinsulate.  

We have an extensive range of buckles, webbing and other accessories to complete your project.

Our specialist fabrics are ideal for large or small projects, so you can make your own breathable, water resistant jackets, trousers or tops for a fraction of the cost of buying ready made garments  either or wind resistant fabrics such as microfleece or softshell fabric. Pennine Outdoor Fabrics are available to order via the website or over the phone.  It is possible to visit Pennine Outdoor Fabrics but this MUST BE ARRANGED IN ADVANCE.  Visits are currently NOT possible on Thursdays or Tuesday afternoons.

Samples are available to see in Temptations Craft Boutique and staff are on hand to assist you on most Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
