METHOD OF PAYMENT
Strictly cash with order, except to approved accounts. Credit or debit cards are all welcome (excluding American Express) . Paypal or BACS payments may also be used. Cheques and Postal orders are welcome with orders sent through the post and should be made payable to Pennine Outdoor Ltd. .
Payment can only be accepted in Sterling, by Credit Card, BACS or PAYPAL. Our prices include VAT.
EU customers who require the vat to be deducted must supply a their valid V.A.T.number.
Pennine Outdoor materials are examined before despatch. Nevertheless a full refund of the purchase price (not including postage and packing) will be given on any goods returned to us undamaged and uncut, providing that this is within 21 day from the date of despatch from our premises.
NO CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES OR DAMAGES WILL BE ENTERTAINED UNLESS NOTIFIED IN WRITING WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DESPATCH.

It should be borne in mind that this is possible on ANY coated material. We suggest that extra material be ordered for doubling on areas of hard use such as trouser seats and shoulders if a heavy rucksack is to be carried.
We believe that almost 40 years experience has given us a wide ranging knowledge in the variety of specialist outdoor materials available and under development. Likewise we feel able to advise impartially on the uses for which they are most suitable. Our knowledge and experience are at your disposal, please do not hesitate to ask. Extra samples of any fabrics are available. Materials not on our list can usually be obtained if required.
