Pennine Outdoor have been providing fabric for many years, to thousands of satisfied customers, both corporate and private. We pride ourselves on our top quality customer service, great value and expert advice.

You can place your order online via our fully secure order page. Just add items to your basket and then checkout, just like popping to the shops but at anytime of the day and from the comfort of your own home!

DELIVERY TERMS
Usually by return. Customers will be notified if a delay of more than 7 days is anticipated. Strictly cash with order, except to approved accounts. Written, Verbal, Fax, and E-mail orders by VISA, MASTERCARD, DELTA, SWITCH and SOLO are all welcome. Cheques and Postal orders, made payable to PENNINE OUTDOOR, are welcome with orders sent through the post.

EXPORT ORDERS
Payment can only be accepted in Sterling, by Credit Card, Eurocheque, Bank Draft or Debit Card. Our prices include VAT. Customers in the UK who are VAT registered can reclaim VAT in the usual way. EU Customers who are VAT registered may deduct the VAT from our prices. Customers from NON-EU countries deduct 10% from the price list- this represents the deduction of VAT and the addition of a small export charge.

GUARANTEE
Pennine Outdoor materials are top quality, the best available, and are examined carefully before despatch. Nevertheless a full refund of the purchase price (not including postage and packing) will be given on any goods returned to us undamaged and uncut, providing that this is within 21 day from the date of despatch from our premises.
NO CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES OR DAMAGES WILL BE ENTERTAINED UNLESS NOTIFIED IN WRITING WITHIN 10 DAYS OF DESPATCH.

A sheet containing useful hints and tips is included with each order.

LABELS
Appropriate manufacturer's labels, and sew-in Pennine Outdoor labels are sent free with every order.

ABRASION DAMAGE
It should be borne in mind that this is possible on ANY coated material. We suggest that extra material be ordered for doubling on areas of hard use such as trouser seats and shoulders if a heavy rucksack is to be carried.

ADVICE
We believe that almost 40 years experience has given us a wide ranging knowledge in the variety of specialist outdoor materials available and under development. Likewise we feel able to advise impartially on the uses for which they are most suitable. Our knowledge and experience are at your disposal, please do not hesitate to ask. Extra samples of any fabrics are available. Materials not on our list can usually be obtained if required.
